Upon entering the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Club, the rooms looked nice and clean, but I soon noticed some cleanliness issues with dust on the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms. Additionally, we needed to request maid service to clean the outdoor furniture on the porch. The view of the beach was somewhat distant as our room was towards the back of the building.

When I first walked into the room, it looked nice and clean. We also had plumbing issues with the toilets getting stopped up often. The service was really helpful, and the staff had great positive attitudes. The location was convenient to the private property markers and had a Treehouse-like vibe above it. Unfortunately, we had an issue with property lines being marked very close to our setup.
